Yntegral Health Portal (Yntegral) is mandated to collect and process personal health information to provide unified laboratory result management services in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and all applicable NPC Circulars.

By registering on the Yntegral Health Portal, you acknowledge that personal data including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, sex, contact information, and laboratory results will be collected, stored, and processed solely for the purpose of providing healthcare record services. All personal data will remain under the custody of Yntegral and will only be shared with authorized healthcare providers (laboratories, physicians) as explicitly consented to by you through the platform.

Personal data collected will be kept in accordance with applicable retention policies and the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Users of the Yntegral Health Portal may exercise their privacy rights, including the right to be informed, right to object, right to access, right to rectification, right to erasure or blocking, right to data portability, right to file a complaint and right to damages.

Rest assured that all personal data will be kept in a secure and confidential manner by implementing adequate physical, organizational, and technical security measures in compliance with the National Privacy Commission standards.
